Pumpkin Pie Martini
Like it’s right from the pumpkin patch and into a martini glass. Created by Ken Konkle from Glowbal Collection’s Coast Restaurant, the Pumpkin Pie martini will whisk you to the taste of the autumn harvest any time.
- 1.5 oz Belvedere Vodka
- ½ oz Cognac
- ½ oz Pumpkin Pie Puree
- 2 oz Apple Juice
Fill a martini shaker half full of ice. Pour in all ingredients. Shake until the martini shaker begins to frost. Pour into a chilled martini glass.
Pumpkin Pie Puree
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup demerara sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 whole cloves
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 tbsp unsweetened pumpkin puree
