12 Drinks of Christmas – Day 8

Whether you’re rock’n around the Christmas tree with friends, enjoying some yule-tide spirit with family, or just relaxing by the fire with your special someone, this Christmas-tini will get you into the holiday spirit. The sweet, syrup flavour from the raspberry liquor melds well with the hints of chocolate and vanilla flavours.

• 1 oz Vanilla Vodka
• 1 oz Creme de Cacao
• 1.5 oz Chambord

Pour all three ingredients into a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a piece of candy cane.

A refreshing summer treat!

• 7 Fresh Raspberries
• 1 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Chambord
• 1/2 oz Crème de cassis
• Squeeze Fresh lemon juice
• Squeeze Fresh lime juice

In the bottom of a martini shaker, muddle raspberries. Add a half a cup of ice and the remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously until martini shaker begins to frost. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Raspberry puree can be substituted for fresh raspberries.

Just like the title says… it tastes like a chocolate-dipped berry.

• 1oz Soho Lychee Liqueur
• 1 oz Chambord
• Squeeze of fresh lime juice

Pour ingredients into a martini shaker half-filled with ice. Shake until the martini shaker starts to frost. Pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of lime.

Pronounced Christine. If you really love gin, then this is your drink. It’s berry hard to drink.

• 1 oz Chambord Royale

Add all ingredients to a martini shaker half-filled with ice. Shake. Pour into a chilled martini glass.

Rich and caramelly, this Moulin Rouge inspired French Martini martini will make you feel like you are in a Paris salon.

• 1 oz Vanilla vodka
• 1 oz Chambord
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• Splash of Grenadine

Add vodka, Chambord and pineapple juice into a martini shaker half-filled with ice. Shake. Pour into a chilled martini glass. Add grenadine. Garnish with wedge of pineapple and blackberry.

Thick and warm, a Chambord-Royale martini is a perfect sipping martini for a cool evening.

• 2 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Chambord Royale
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Cranberry Juice

Add all ingredients to a martini shaker half-filled with ice. Shake. Pour into a sugar-rimmed martini glass. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple.

Light and fresh. Like a lemon-berry.

• 1 oz Berry vodka
• 1 oz Chambord
• 2 oz Lemonade
• Sprite
• Blackberries

Pour berry vodka, Chambord and lemonade into a martini shaker half filed with ice. Shake. Pour into sugar-rimmed martini glass. Top up with Sprite and garnish with fresh blackberries.
