While your friends might be off on a winter vacation in Mexico or somewhere in the Caribbean sipping pina-colada’s, you can still enjoy a hint of the tropics from home. The Pineapple-tini is like a tropical party landed in your mouth and started to dance!
Fill a martini shaker half full of ice. Pour in all four ingredients. Shake hard until the martini shaker is frosted. Pour into a sugar-rimmed martini glass.

In a martini shaker half-filled with ice, pour all ingredients. Shake until the outside of the shaker begins to frost. Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a slide of pineapple.

Place one scoop if ice cream into a sugar-rimmed short rock glass. Add vodka and milk. Place a second scoop of ice cream on top. Top with shredded coconut.
Alternative: Try substituting Whipped Cream Vodka for Malibu rum.
