Whisk yourself away to a summer evening on Ocean Blvd in South Beach, Miami, Florida.

• 1 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Peach Schnapps
• 2 tbsp Frozen Mango Concentrate
• 1/2 oz Pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz Orange juice
• 1/2 oz Cranberry juice

Pour all ingredients into a martini shaker half-filled with ice. Shake until the outside of the martini shaker starts to frost. Pour into a chilled martini glass.

Difficult to make, lovely to drink. This is a homemade Belini.

• 1 oz Peach Schnapps
• 4 – 6 oz Mango Juice from Concentrate
• 1 tbsp Grenadine

The mango mix should be blended with crushed ice firstly with the schnapps. Pour the schnapps and mango mix into a cocktail glass with the grenadine placed at the bottom.
