An ideal aperitif. This is a sipping cocktail.
- 1.5 oz Sambuca
- 3 oz Amaretto
Pour ingredients into a sour glass.

Mandatory (Cocktail)
Another spin on the traditional paralyzer. It’s surprisingly a fun little party cocktail… without the milk!
- 1 oz Bailey’s
- 1 oz Sambuca
- Club Soda
Fill a cocktail glass with ice. Pour in Bailey’s, then the Sambuca. Top off with club soda. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
